How does pricing work?

Our starter plan is free forever. If you want to invite team members you have to change into our professional plan. After a free 30-day trial period you pay for each additional member. You receive collaboration features to work together on different projects easily.

Is there any discount for an annual subscription?

Yes. We will give you 15 % discount if you choose the annual plan.

What form of payment do we accept?

We are happy to accept any major credit card payments.

How secure is acteamo?

We protect your data and store it safely. To prevent data loss, we regularly back up your data. We own our infrastructure and operate in a top tier data center in Switzerland where some Swiss banks also host their servers. The data center has different certifications such as SSAE 16/ISAE 3405, ISO 9001-2008, ISO 27001 and has received industry awards in a variety of categories including operational reliability and green initiatives.

Is there a mobile application of acteamo?

At the moment, acteamo is a web-based platform only. But we plan to develop a mobile application of acteamo in the future.
