Our subscription management offers maximum flexibility – so that every organisation can choose different validity periods for their respective modules and add or terminate modules anytime – with only one mouse-click.
This is acteamo’s subscription structure
Start with the Acteamo personal edition and benefit from the modules included like project- and contact-management, data exchange as well as task- and document-management.
You can upgrade and add other useful modules such as invoicing – our tool for generating invoices or project planning which allows for generating quotations. Ordering and usage of additional modules require a valid personal subscription.
10GB per company are free of charge.
We are currently offering additional storage space in 100 GB bundles. Storage space is not personalized and will be assigned to the company – this way various users within an organization can access the purchased storage space.
If you are purchasing a yearly subscription you save up to 12.5% compared to a monthly subscription. For yearly subscriptions we are covering the credit card fee.
